Services For Students

Our Services For Students

If you intend to study abroad in Canada, whether you are going to university/college, secondary school, or elementary school, you should generally plan ahead and start the application preparation about one year in advance. If you want to attend a prestigious school, the admission will be highly competitive, and the application preparation work must be carried out much earlier.

Below is an overview of the main steps our consultants will follow to assist the application process for international students interested in study abroad in Canada and to ensure each student their best chance of obtaining admission into their desired school.

  1. Preliminary/Initial Consultation. At first, during an initial communication, our education consultant will discuss with students and their parents (virtual or in person) to understand the students’ learning situation and study needs, and then detail the various services we provide and outline the process of studying abroad in Canada.
  2. Planning and Contract Signing. Considering a student’s personal profile, we will construct a tailored plan for each student, on a case-by-case basis, by determining the target schools and programs for the student. At this stage, we will sign a service contract of studying abroad with the student’s parent and require an initial payment.
  3. School Application. Begin the application process for the selected schools and programs in accordance with the signed service contract. According to the requirements of the target schools and programs, we will guide students and their parents to prepare application materials for studying abroad, help and guide students to prepare and edit application documents, complete application forms, assist with paying application fee, track application and help provide any follow up materials and update students with results. After receiving admission offers, we will also provide guidance on paying tuition deposits, potential scholarship opportunities, and scholarship negotiations.
  4. Study Permit Application. Provide guidance on all application preparation needs and required materials for the study permit to ensure a timely application and keep students and their parent posted with updates from IRCC.
  5. Pre-departure Guidance. Provide pre-departure guidance to students who are about to study in Canada, including study and living preparations, and recommend suitable accommodation options or homestay families.

International education is an essential pillar of Canada’s long-term competitiveness. Students from abroad who study in Canada will gain exposure to new cultures and ideas, stimulating innovation and developing important cross-cultural competencies. The large number of international students studying in Canada contributes significantly to the Canadian economy, with the economic impact felt across the entire country, according to the Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs. In 2018, international students in Canada contributed an estimated $21.6 billion to Canada’s GDP and supported almost 170,000 jobs for Canada’s middle class.
